On resolutions

Almost every year there is a top resolution on our list: new year new me. Is it the new me that will guarantee an improved outcome at the end of the year? Or it can be the same me, but more focused on the steps to get there? Most of the time, focusing on the right things represents the most important tactic in achieving our goals.
